In order to raise awareness and reduce the mortality rate of people in Vietnam in particular and Asia in general about malaria, the M2030 project is implemented with the goal that 2030 will be the year there is no more malaria. in the world. The "Volunteer Village" model built in 60 provinces and cities in Vietnam will include medical facilities (Hospital or General Clinic) and educational facilities from elementary to high school to ensure quality teaching and expenses. Fees are appropriate to the income of local people. Medical facilities in highland areas and provinces near the border are seriously lacking, and access to social services is limited. Most local people here have to travel quite a distance to get to the central hospital for examination and treatment. This leads to overcrowding at medical centers and hospitals. The amount of plastic consumed by more than 96 million Vietnamese people in 2019 could reach 4.7 million tons. Meanwhile, 80% of marine waste comes from inland sources. Vietnam is facing the risk of becoming a global landfill when the amount of recycled waste is only 1/3 of the amount generated. Education always plays a very important role for every country and people in every era. In today's trend of knowledge development, education is considered the most important policy for development in many countries around the world and Vietnam is no exception.
